When Should I expect My Shipment?
All mailers are sent from Florida the first week of each month.
Joined between July 1-31? Your first mailer will be August’s edition and shipped out on August 3rd. (Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery)
How can I cancel my subscription?
Cancel your subscription anytime using the Stripe Customer Portal [linked here].
When will I be billed?
You will be billed on the same day of each month you initially subscribed. For example, if you originally subscribed on July 12th 2026, you will be billed again on August 12th for the September mailer. If you subscribed to an annual plan you’ll be re-billed on July 12th, 2027.

How can I track my mailer?
To keep Mail Club affordable, mailers are sent with standard USPS stamps, so tracking isn’t available.
My mailer arrived damaged. What do I do?
If your mailer arrived damaged or incorrect, please email me at compass@postcardfromflorida.com with your name and photos of the item(s). My usual email response time is 1-3 business days.
It’s been over the estimated delivery time, and I still haven’t received my mailer. What should I do?
Once shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery. If your mailer hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, it’s possible it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at compass@postcardfromflorida.com with the following information so I can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name, shipping address, and the date you joined the Mail Club. I cannot be responsible for shipping information that was not entered correctly at time of subscription, or if you moved and the information was not updated.
